Use this online form in conjunction with a PAPER APPLICATION FORM which is used to apply for an affiliate membership for the 2024 season. Here you can pay online via Mastercard / Visa / Discover credit card.

This is NOT an application form. This is only for payment. You must complete, sign, and mail the PAPER APPLICATION FORM paper application form.

DO NOT use this form to pay if you were an affiliate member in 2023.

This is for access to only Sugar Creek (SC1) and Stoney Creek (SC3) Pools for 2024 (excluding Woody Creek Pool (SC2)). The fee is $650 per family.
