I agree that Sugar Creek or Stoney Creek HOAs corporation including the HOA board members assume NO responsibility, and no member, guest, or pool pass holder shall have any claim against any of the HOA corporations or their HOA board members for accidents, injuries, or for property brought into or left on the corporation premises.
Also, I agree to abide by the other published SCC Pool Rules and Regulations.
